FTC Approved?? Looks like it!!
Apple has removed the disclaimer at the bottom of their iPhone webpage which stated it could not be release without FTC authorization.
Looks like Apple is on track for a June release.

Cingular told me this morning (4Jun) that the phone would be available June 29.
