The Call.

I contact AT&T and within 2 minutes I was on the phone with an AT&T representative (Maurine). I was happy I was able to get someone so fast. I think she was learning the setup, just as I was. But I will give her the credit due that every question asked was either answered or I was put on hold so she could find out and she came back with an answer.

It turns out that the plan I selected was not in her(AT&T) system yet. So 4000 minute plan in iTunes was not available to her and she stated that since she could not change the plan that it would most likely activate within 24 hours.

She put me on hold once more and them came back stating that the transfer of my phone number was in progress and that she may be able to activate it immediately. Then to find out that Sprint needed to release my number. She informed me that I would either get an email or phone call from an AT&T Representative within the next 24 hours.

This call lasted 45 minutes.
